Ted Phivolle is a 5th grader at Aaron Electron Elementry, he was born on (May 10th, 2006), he is (10) years old, he is the second member of Roc's Small Team.

Back-story
In the past, Ted went to Aaron Electron Elementry where he met Dolly (whose full name is Dolly T. Dollivan), together they went to kindergarden through 4th grade, through the years they went to a hockey program to play hockey every evening after school.

Future
In March 2015, both the Phivolle Family en-rolled Ted in Roc's super-hero program, in July 2015, the program started, Ted now works with Roc as both a super-hero and a friend and continues saving the world with him and the other children at Aaron Electron Elementry.
